Friday Featurette #121

The wife relaxing naked on the bed on New Year's EveThe weather this month has been a LOT warmer than last year; so I’ve managed to avoid the winter time blues. The days are still cold and gray; but at least we can go outside without having to dress like we’re going on an excursion to the North Pole. In fact, we worked out outside twice last week. It’s supposed to snow this weekend; but, so far, the weather hasn’t been gloomy. Even the “temporary” dog which needs constant attention/supervision doesn’t seem like as much of a nuisance.

Anyway, have a good weekend. I’m in a pretty good mood, as you can see, so I know I’ll have one.

Friday Featurette #120

The Wife lounging in the bedI’m always glad for the weekend like everyone else; but I don’t “hate” my job like some of the people I work with. If I don’t want to be some place then I’m not. And, if I’ve got no place else to be; then I’m not going to complain. The grass is always greener; until you find out it’s not. Companies come and go. Managers come and go. Coworkers come and go. Things are always changing. So, where I work is not in the top 10 things I care about. I’d much rather be concerned about home.

Have a great weekend! That’s where all of the important people are.

Traditional Thursday #119

The husband on top of The WifeWith all of the below zero temperatures we’ve bene having recently, we don’t feel like doing much except staying in a nice warm house. Thankfully, we’ve got some good “indoor activities” which help us stay warm. The weekend is supposed to be “warmer” and we’re really looking forward to it. We’ve already had our fill of weather like today.

Is it spring yet?

Traditional Thursday #46

A close-up of the Wife going down on The HusbandWe mentioned on Tuesday that the battery was dying on our camera and we didn’t; think it would last if we used the flash. So it was a good time to be creative (at least for us) and task some interesting low light photographs. Here is another one of our favorites. We liked the way it turned out, especially considering that it wasn’t something that initially we planned on doing. Of course the subject is something that we’re good at and were NOT improvising.
