Since we’re having problems making movies with sound, we though that it might be fun to play around with some of the video effects that don’t work well with audio. So, this week, we’re speeding up the videos. Not as something to do all of the time. Just something different. Please let us know what you think.

We’ve winding down the dog days of summer and are enjoying each and every one of them. Labor Day is right around the corner and we are not happy to see it arrive. This summer has flown past in a blink of an eye. We did a twilight row this week that was MUCH earlier than it would have been last month. It’s becoming very clear that we don’t have that much summer left. So, we are going to enjoy it while it lasts.
Here is a video of one of our more typical methods of preparation. Unfortunately, we do not have the reverse. Maybe next week. I’m kinda annoyed that I lost the battery.
Today is the last day of spring and the second longest day of the year. A great time to be out and about. We hope that tomorrow brings a day you can get outside and enjoy the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. There will be plenty of time for indoor activities over the winter during the endless dreary days we always seem to have. Summer has finally arrived!
I’m finally starting to recover from whatever it is that I’m fighting. Still not back to normal; but I’m definitely on the mend. Record breaking temperatures (for February) are forecast and it looks like I’ll be able to get out and enjoy them. I don’t like being sick; especially when there is stuff we want to do. Our life can be busy and that’s the way I like it.
