An interior monologue from me (and sometimes the wife).
- I’m fully recovered from my malaise of last week. Mostly because I was able to remedy the situation. And I learned a lesson that I will not forget.
- We rowed for the first time of the season on Sunday. It was great to get on the water. Unfortunately, rain is in the forecast for the next few days. So it will be a while before we can go rowing again.
- We’re having some work done on our pool so we will be opening it later in the spring than we typically do this year. Hopefully, it won’t rain too much and delay the start of the project.
- I’m not nearly as much of a fan of the “boys of summer” as I used to be. I almost forgot that today was opening day. My favorite team will be out of contention by July anyway. Is it football season yet?
