I received an older twenty-dollar bill from the ATM that, so far, I’ve been unable to use. I’ve tried it in at the car wash without any luck, for example. Apparently, many of the machines today only accept the “newer” bills. So now I’m going to have to make a special trip to the bank to trade it in. I know that older bills were/are easier to counterfeit. But who steals car washes? Anyway, here is a movie from today’s photo session. One of the many activities I’d rather be doing instead of standing in line at the bank.
If the $20 bill is still giving you issues send it to me and I’ll bet I can find somewhere to spend it!
Old Guy: I was finally able to spend it. Who would have thought it would be such a nuisance? These days we certainly use cash in a lot less places than we used to.
