For a variety of reasons, I’ve decide to take a hiatus from boxing. It’s been a good way for me to stay fit over the years. I’m going to need to find another activity besides normal gym stuff. Rowing is good; but, the season is almost over. Maybe I’ll turn into a CrossFit addict. I weigh about 150lbs right now and that’s where I want to stay. I eat a lot so I need to get plenty of exercise.
Guess you will have to do more of this type of exercise to burn off the extra calories. Very pleasant way to exercise, for sure.
