We saw a drone flying around the river when we were rowing today. That’s not unusual except for the fact that the operator appeared to be very inexperienced from the way it was being controlled. So, it was perplexing why they would fly it over a body of water where it would be irretrievably lost if there was a mishap which came close to happening several times while were passing.
