The photo that we’re posting today is a bit dark. But it reminds me of one of my favorite pictures; so, we decided to post it anyway. That’s really the way of things with our older camera. Were just happy that it (mostly) works. There is always something else that is more important for us to purchase. Like the new microwave that we just installed.
I like having a fitness tracker except when I need to charge the battery. The cradle is a bit finicky and sometimes it doesn’t make a good connection. So, it doesn’t charge when I set it down and I have to start the process all over again. Not a big deal if I’m just sitting at the desk. But a nuisance if I was planning on a workout. It’s not necessary. But it is nice to keep track of things.
The sun is out here and the some of the snow is melting! Perhaps that’s an omen.
Have a great weekend.
I had a doctor’s appointment today. It was uneventful which is always good except my follow-up appointment is scheduled for 2020. As someone who has spent more time writing “19”, having things scheduled in the third decade of the 2000s … Continue reading
P.S. I know I am often always late with these pre-holiday posts. I would rather be late with posting and start my vaca on time than the other way around.

I didn’t remember to adjust to clock on our digital camera until this week. So, the time in the EXIF information for all of the pictures we look last week is “wrong”. It doesn’t cause any problems other than being … Continue reading
I worked late into the evening today. Nut, that was a good thing; because I got everything finished up and I have nothing (work-related) to do over the weekend. I’m haven’t had any major crises recently. I finally seem to be catching up on things. It’s a nice feeling to start the weekend knowing there is nothing “extra” that I need to do. Hopefully the trend will continue. Have a greet weekend.
It’s that time of the month for The Wife. So, we put a towel on top of the bed lines just in case. I’m not sure where they went; but we used to have a couple of old towels that we only used for this purpose. Newer and more absorbent is better for preventing stains, so the one we worked well. It just made me think about old times and whatever became of our original set that we used for many, many years.
