I spoke with a customer service agent today who was very helpful. They understood exactly what my issue was and why the standard repair kit was not suitable for my situation. That shouldn’t be noteworthy; but, for me, is a rare experience. Especially when the resolution requires a full replacement of the affected item.

Monday Monologue #202
An interior monologue from me (and sometimes the wife).

- After days of searching for a solution, I finally solved my problem with the latest Windows 10 update. The way “Modern Apps” including some of the built-in setup configuration tools crash or hang without any error messages is frustrating and makes trouble shooting extremely difficult.
- We’ve got the closing date for our pool scheduled. I can’t believe we’re already planning for the end of the summer. The summer solstice and the long days that accompany it don’t seem that long ago.
